House Rules
Welcome to THE EMERALD BLUE AT ISLAND PRINCESS! We are so happy to have you!
Please keep in mind that carts are located on the first floor at the middle elevator. Please return them after use. You may park anywhere in the parking lot or on top of the parking deck. Please do not park under the parking deck. Carts are NOT permitted inside of the condo! If a cart is brought inside you will be charged $50. Animals are not allowed in the condo under any circumstances. Smoking is prohibited inside the condo, this includes the balcony. PLEASE do not leave the doors open to the condo. The front door will lock automatically when you close it. The doors have sensors that can shut down the AC if they are open for more than a few minutes. This is to prevent condensation and to keep the AC from malfunctioning. Please shut the slider door each time you go onto the balcony. Beach service is provided free of charge with your stay, just let the attendant know what room you are in and he will take care of you. Watersports is also included, you will have one hour of a kayak or paddle board each day at no cost to you. If housekeeping detects evidence of animals or smoke inside the condo after your departure you will be charged a damage fee.
All sales are final and no refunds will be issued for cancellations for any reason.
